Monthly assessments are due and payable on the 1^st day of each month regardless of whether or not you have received the coupon book or monthly statement. If payment is not received by the 15^th of the month, a late fee of $25 will be automatically imposed on the 16^th.

Checks should be made payable to the CLINTON COMPLEX CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION.
